Interview with Hand Luggage Only
An interview with awesome bloggers, who love travel and everything to do with it.
What is your name?
Lloyd & Yaya
Which country do you come from/call home?
We call the UK home, specifically London.
The name of your travel blog and the url?
The name of our blog is Hand Luggage Only. You can see our blog at www.handluggageonly.co.uk
What do you love the most about travelling?
The variety of different experience you can have. We love the fact that travel opens your mind, allows you to appreciate other cultures and learn so much more about our beautiful world.
What inspired you to start travelling?
We both travelled with our families when we were children and it's something that has stayed constant into adulthood. It's our passion and our dream.
When is the right time to travel the world?
Honestly, it's when it feels right to each individual. There is never a wrong time. Any age or time in your life... it has to be right for the individual.
One thing which you don’t like about travelling?
Do you have any funny travel stories? Funniest or most embarrassing travel moment?
hmmmm, it usually involves some questionable dance moves after a little tipple, or two!
Where is your favourite place in the world?
Ahhh, there are so many! We'd definitely say The Faroe Islands and Peru. They really are amazing countries to explore.
What is the worst travel destination in the world?
Now this is hard... We probably wouldn't think about a destination being terrible as travel seems to be temporal. A place always changes and it's hard to say that one would be our worst.
Three things you can’t travel without?
Our cameras, music and a big bottle of sunblock!
Why should people travel?
Travel has the ability to break down barriers, it opens your mind and allows you to appreciate other people's perspectives from across the world. It really is amazing.
Outside of the travelling, what is your dream job?
Lloyd always wanted to be a pilot and Yaya always wanted to be a doctor.
How do you like Photolemur? :)
We love it! It's so amazing for editing photos intuitively. It also saves soooooo much time when you have hundreds of photos to edit.
